Le charg\u00e9 de d\u00e9veloppement des ressources humaines occupe un poste polyvalent assurant plusieurs r\u00f4les au sein de l\u2019entreprise. En premier lieu, il joue un r\u00f4le strat\u00e9gique en coordonnant une \u00e9quipe op\u00e9rationnelle charg\u00e9e de diff\u00e9rents aspects techniques tels que la gestion des paies, des cong\u00e9s ou encore des formations. De plus, endossant un r\u00f4le de r\u00e9f\u00e9rent, il assume la responsabilit\u00e9 de la gestion du personnel, totale ou partag\u00e9e, en fonction de la taille de l\u2019entreprise. Parall\u00e8lement, il veille au respect des obligations l\u00e9gales. Enfin, ce professionnel est fortement impliqu\u00e9 dans le d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences des salari\u00e9s dans le cadre de la GEPP (Gestion des Emplois et des Parcours Professionnels).
